The Garden Is Looking So Fabulous!

This is the salsify. It won't be ready until September or october. It's growing very well. My cats want to eat the leaves, but a few nibbles from the cats don't seem to bother the plants.





Here are some of my day lilies and hollyhock plants.
It's like a jungle now. I'll have to do a lot of dividing after they finish blooming. But the flower garden is weed free and nicely mulched. Judi and I just about worked ourselves to a frazzle weeding and mulching in April and May, but it certainly has paid off.
